Incredible finish of the 2011/2012 season for Carolina: With a new personal best of 128.94 she won her first World title in Nizza! She showed a beautiful 2Axel3Toe combination as well as four other flawless triple jumps and received high performance for her spins and steps. She won with a total of 189.94 points ahead of Alena Leonova (RUS) and Akiko Suzuki (JPN). You can watch her free program HERE.

This season has been incredible for Carolina - with a Gold at the Grand Prix Final and another European title, she now adds a World title to her accomplishments and ends the season as #1 of the ISU World rankings. CONGRATULATIONS CAROLINA - we are proud of you!!!
