is the Greenwich Time (GMT: Greenwich Mean Time) which is different from the local time. In Middle-Europe it is 1 h later and during the sommer time 2 h later. For example when the UTC is 6 a.m., in South Tyrol it is 07 a.m. and during the summer 8 a.m.
