The giant slalom ski race takes place for the 13th time in Val Gardena on Sunday,
April 5th, 2009. This is the longest and most original ski race of the world. The race
circuit of 6 km starts on the peak of Seceda at 2.518m altitude and ends at the
bottom of Col Raiser cable car (1485m) with a difference in altitude of 1033m.
