Thus, you can leave your car in the garage avoiding traffic and parking stress.
Just 50 metres from the house, there is the Resciesa funicular which takes you in a few minutes to the beautiful Resciesa Alp. Only 300 metres away you will find the Seceda cableway which leads to the top of the same-named mountain. The city bus/ski bus stops just 60 metres away.
On the Villa Quenz itself there is to say that it is an heirloom. That’s why it is a bearer of passion and love. The house, built in 1928, was completely renovated between 2012 and 2014. Now it shines in new splendour over Ortisei.
