Appropriate equipment - Only climb the mountain with full equipment. Fit for the mountains The main requirement is to be in good physical condition. Inform about the destination of the trip So that if needed, help can be given quickly. Beware of alpine dangers Recognise danger in time. Provide help and take responsibility for others. Mountain rescue ensures that people, who find themselves in an alpine emergency, are rescued. Be aware! All our first aiders are volunteers.
