The apartment is set outside the centre but is well connected to both Ortisei, approximately 900 m away, and the Rasciesa ski lifts, 600 m away, and Seceda ski lifts, 700 m away. The ski bus and Summer Bus stop is located approximately 100 m from the property and provides free transport to the village centre, where you will find shops, restaurants, bars, rental services and Ortisei’s main amenities and attractions.
In winter, the ski bus, which stops approximately 100 m from the apartment, takes you directly to the Rasciesa and Seceda lifts in the Dolomiti Superski area. From there, you can also access the legendary Sellaronda.
In summer, hiking trails begin directly behind the house. Experienced hikers can reach Seceda, Rasciesa, Brogles and the surrounding areas on foot while enjoying the natural scenery of the Dolomites.
Families with children will particularly appreciate the property’s proximity to nature and the forest. The charming Val d’Anna, a popular destination for families, can also be reached on foot.

It can accommodate up to 6 adults and 3 children under the age of 14.The elegant, modern interiors offer a contemporary interpretation of traditional Alpine style, combining locally sourced wood with refined materials and carefully selected details. Every room has been designed to provide maximum comfort and allow guests to fully enjoy the atmosphere of the Dolomites and Val Gardena.The apartment comprises 3 double bedrooms, one of which also features a single sofa bed, and 2 bathrooms with windows, both equipped with a shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet. It also offers a separate kitchen, a spacious living room with panoramic views of the Sassolungo mountain, an equally scenic terrace and a balcony accessible from all 3 bedrooms. A small ski storage area with a ski boot dryer is also available inside the apartment.The separate kitchen is equipped with a hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery and a dining table overlooking the Sassolungo mountain, as well as everything needed to prepare and enjoy meals in comfort.The outdoor spaces provide an ideal setting for admiring the Dolomites from this privileged position. The east-facing terrace is furnished with seating and a table and offers beautiful views of the Sassolungo mountain. The south-west-facing balcony, accessible from all 3 bedrooms, overlooks the rest of the valley.There is a washing machine in the apartment.The apartment is located on the first floor and can only be reached via the stairs.
