The apartment with approx. 60 m² is on the 1st floor and has a fully equipped separate kitchen, a cozy living room with couch and 43" satellite SMART-TV, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with hairdryer, a storage room, a private garden with terrace and children's play area, a balcony with a view of the Sassolungo group and overlooking Ortisei.
Bed linen and towels are provided, two garage parking spaces and a ski/bike room with ski boot dryer as well as fiber optic Wi-Fi are available. An electric car charging station is available for an additional charge.

Our house is located on the sunny slope of Ortisei with a wonderful view over the village and is approx. 5 minutes' walk from the town centre.
The lifts to the Alpe di Siusi and Seceda ski areas (with connection to the Sellaronda) can be reached on foot or by ski bus at a stop 250 m away; Direct connection to the villages of St.Christina and Selva with the free Val Gardena Mobilcard.
