Casa Berdan offers two nice apartments with garden and Dolomites view in Santa Cristina, in the heart of Val Gardena!
In winter the ski bus (in addition to the regular buses) stops approx. 200 m from the house and takes you to the Dolomiti Superski lifts in a few minutes free of charge (using the free tickets provided at check-in). Buses run at a variable frequency of one every 10-20 minutes.
In summer the lovely communal garden with views of the Dolomites allows you to lie in the sun and enjoy the wonderful alpine breeze. The cycle path through Val Gardena passes just a few hundred metres from the house and will allow you to easily reach all villages on two wheels.
The towns of Santa Cristina and Ortisei are respectively 1.5 and 3 km away from the house, both of which can be reached free of charge by bus, which stops approx. 500 m from the house.
Also 200 m from the house you will find the next grocery shop, bar, restaurant and ski rental.
Casa Berdan also has one outdoor parking space per apartment, a storage for bicycles and skis, and linen and towels are available free of charge.

Lovely 1-bedroom apartment that can accommodate up to 3 adults + 1 child under 14 years age.The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower, washbasin and bidet, a small additional bathroom with only a toilet and washbasin, a living room with a double sofa bed and a small separate kitchen. The apartment has direct access to the shared garden with a view of the Dolomites. The small separate kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, cooking plate, coffee machine, small refrigerator, cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery and much more.
