On the second floor of the chalet, in addition to the entrance area with wardrobe and WC for everyday use, there are three double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with WC, bidet and shower. Each bedroom offers direct access to the garden, complete with panoramic views. The spacious lounge area with open-plan kitchen and large windows is located on the second floor. From here, a wide glass door leads out onto the inviting terrace with a heated seating area and the finest lounge furniture.

In the basement you will find the in-house spa area, a fitness room and the bike and ski depot with ski boot warmer. The underground garage offers space for three cars and has an e-charging station. From the garage you can easily reach the upper floors by elevator. Outside, there are two more private car parking spaces.
