In winter, with the free ski bus in front of the house, you can easily reach the Dolomiti Superski lifts and access the famous Sellaronda ski circuit.
In summer, you are right at the start of several mountain hiking trails that begin directly behind the house.
Just 250 meters away passes the famous Old Railway Trail with cycle path, which crosses the entire Val Gardena. There you will also find the charming Ferata de Gherdeina museum gallery, telling the story of the historic railway that once ran through the valley.

The spacious terrace with Dolomites view is accessible from both the living room and the bedroom.The open kitchen is well equipped and includes a dishwasher, hob, coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator, kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery and much more.The highlight of this apartment is undoubtedly the large south-east-facing terrace, furnished for both outdoor dining and relaxation, and partially covered so that it can be enjoyed even on less sunny days.
