The combination of a peaceful setting with stunning views and the proximity to the village centre (approx. 300 m) makes our apartments the perfect base for a relaxing and active holiday in the Dolomites.
In winter, the Seceda cable car is easily reached on foot via the "La Curta" moving walkway, located only about 300 m from the house. From Seceda, you have direct access to the Dolomiti Superski area and the world-famous Sellaronda ski circuit.

The Family Apartment features two double bedrooms, a newly renovated living area (2026) with a loggia/balcony, and a brand-new fully equipped kitchen (2026) with dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, and refrigerator with freezer compartment. The bathroom includes a shower, WC, bidet, and hairdryer.
A ski and bike storage room with ski boot dryer and one private outdoor parking space are included.

Guests also benefit from a ski and sport equipment storage room with ski boot dryer and one reserved garage parking space in the centre of Ortisei, approximately a 4-minute walk from the apartment.

During the summer, a private pathway leads directly to the popular Luis Trenker Promenade. Guests can also enjoy a shared garden with sun loungers.
Your hosts are certified ski instructors, alpine hiking guides, and MTB instructors. They are happy to provide insider tips for your stay and can arrange private ski lessons, guided hikes, and mountain bike tours upon request (additional charges apply).
