Noreia Apartments - Klimahouse A-Nature

The house Noreia was built in 2020 and is located near the center of St.Ulrich/Ortisei. All apartments are built and certified with the Klimahouse A-Nature Standard and are furnished with all natural materials. The comfortable and hygienic atmosphere is guaranteed from the floor heating in combination with automatic decentral ventialtion units.
The garage is provided with a heated ramp for keeping it passable even in the deep winter. Every apartment has its own lockable cellarroom for the storage of sports equipment.
