Our 45m² apartment is situated on the sunny side of Selva, in a quiet apartment-building, on the 3rd floor, and is suitable for 2-4 people.

Apartment Pitscheider Klaus is located at the beginning of Daunëi, in the most panoramic and peaceful part of Selva. The interior blends the warmth of Tyrolean wood with modern touches: a bright living room with sofa bed and dining area, a fully equipped separate kitchen, a brand-new bathroom with walk-in shower, and a cosy double bedroom. The balcony is our showpiece: in the morning, it overlooks the meadows towards Santa Cristina; in the evening, it offers magical sunsets over the Sella and Sassolungo peaks. Ski lifts and the village centre are just a 5–10 minute walk away — and getting around without a car is easy thanks to the bus stop right outside the building.
