Casa Vintlana is a characteristic mountain house located in the La Poza area in Selva Val Gardena, approx. 1 km from the center away.
It consists of two comfortable apartments with various amenities for your holidays in the Dolomites.
In summer, the location is ideal, as right below the house passes the “Old Railway Path” a so-called walking path, which leads through Val Gardena and also features a cycling path. The location at the edge of the forest means that you will find the first hiking trails right behind the house. A few hundred meters from the house you will also find a small playground.
Approx. 400 meters from the house you will find the next bus stop, which takes you to the center of Selva or to other places in Val Gardena. From approx. mid-June to approx. mid-September the Summer Bus stops 20 meters from the house and takes you to both Selva and St. Christina.
In winter the location is also advantageous as the ski bus stops 20 meters from the house during the ski season and takes you free of charge to the lifts of the Sella Ronda, in the Dolomiti Superski.
There is a shared terrace where you can relax in the warmer months, which also has a small veranda with a table and a small swing for children.
The house has various comforts, such as an outdoor parking space, a ski locker, wi-fi, free linen and towels.

It consists of two bedrooms, one double and one quadruple with a double bed and a bunk bed, two bathrooms with shower, washbasin and toilet (one with bidet only), a bright living room with a single sofa bed, a separate kitchen with dining table and a small terrace on the ground floor with a view of the mountains. The flat is located entirely on the ground floor. The kitchenette has everything you need for your holiday, such as a dishwasher, oven, hob, coffee machine, refrigerator, cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery and much more. Wi-Fi, linen and towels are provided free of charge.Important information: According to recent provincial law this apartment can accommodate a maximum of:- Adults (from 14 years): 5- The remaining beds can only be occupied by children up to 13.99 years of age at the time of departurePlease note that this law is subject to strict controls by the competent authority and violation of it results in substantial fines.
