Quiet apartment, in a sunny position on the edge of the forest with balcony. Here you enjoy a fantastic panoramic view of the village and the Dolomites, for moments of relax and well-being in harmony with nature.
The apartment is very spacious and consists of three bedrooms, two separate bathrooms, a living room with a tiled stove and a kitchen. The apartment has parquet floors and tile floors. From the balcony you can enjoy a beautiful view of the village and the Dolomites with the majestic Sassolungo and the Sella group.
The Rasciesa cable railway is located at 700m and the Seceda cable car is located at 900 m and can be reached on foot in about 15-20 minutes. The Alpe di Siusi cable car is around 1,2 km away and takes around 20 minutes. In winter you can also use the free ski buses 400 m from the house. The first shops, restaurants, bars and groceries are approx. 800 m about 15 minutes.
The location is ideal for nature lovers, as the hiking trails start right behind the house. In the shared garden there are loungers for relaxing moments and table tennis.

The highlight of this vacation rental is the large south-facing balcony, which offers a spectacular panoramic view of Ortisei and the surrounding Dolomites, including the Sassolungo and the Sella Mountain. Its south-facing direction makes it one of the sunniest balconies in Val Gardena, so you can relax under the warm Dolomite sun. The separate kitchen has everything you need for your holiday, such as oven, hob, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery and much more.
