The building was established, in a modern style, in the year 2010 and presents a cosy garden with a small patio, free covered parking and free Wi-fi. The next restaurant is set just beside the house. The house owner, a qualified hiking guide, offers on request and for surcharge, guided hiking tours through the Dolomites.

This apartment measures 90 m² and is composed by one double room, two twin rooms (one of those with connectable beds), one bathroom with shower and bathtub and one with toilet, basin, washing machine and dryer. In addition, there is a large living room with modern open kitchen, double sofa bed, a large flat screen satellite TV and a private furnished garden with terrace. The modern kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, large fridge with freezer, cooking plates, kettle, coffee machine, kitchen utensils, cutlery, dishes and much more. Wi-Fi, towels and linen are provided for free use.Important information: According to recent provincial law this apartment can accommodate a maximum of:- Adults (from 14 years): 8- The remaining beds can only be occupied by children up to 13.99 years of age at the time of departurePlease note that this law is subject to strict controls by the competent authority and violation of it results in substantial fines.
