For the preparation of our handcrafted ice cream we use high quality raw materials, preferring regional products (such as fresh milk, cream, yogurt and fruits) and products from our country (such as pistacchio, hazelnuts...). This choice of using local products guarantees the freshness of the ingredients, the enhancement of the local economy and the decrease of waste and pollution.
