The „Certified Bike Hotels Val Gardena“ are officially certified by “MTB Holidays” or “Bike Hotels South Tyrol” and offer complete service and know how for bikers. The “Bike Friendly” accommodations offer all basic service a biker needs for his holiday.

If up to now you were convinced that cycling was beautiful but at the same time incredibly demanding, then you should absolutely give e-bikes a try! In Dolomites Val Gardena there are various bike rental stations where you can hire an e-bike easily for the full day or your whole holiday. You’ll be a true believer as soon as you go on one of the guided tours and see the advantages of an e-bike by cycling on cycle paths you never dreamt of before. E-bikes give you a completely new way to approach mobility; on top of that, it’s the ideal mode of transport for your holiday in the Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage Site: green, quiet and just great all around.

In the respective villages of Val Gardena you can find more e-bike charging stations. You can find further possibilities at follow huts and restaurants.

Pure trail fun for young and old: the "Trail Arena Val Gardena" offers six trails, including three light and two medium flow trails and one freeride track. All trails are connected by the lifts Dantercepies, Cir, Piz Seteur, Gran Paradiso, Ciampinoi, Piza Pranseies and Costabella and by various connecting paths. A real bike park with 13.9 km of trail fun. Best of all: thanks to the "Trail Arena Val Gardena" ticket you can "heat down" the trails as often as you like. This is what a true biker heart desires.

• Season card: 270,00 € adults, 175,00 € junior

The different tickets allow the unlimited use of the lifts Dantercepies, Cir, Piz Seteur, Gran Paradiso, Ciampinoi, Piza Pranseies and Costabella, including bike transport. Children under 9 years travel free of charge. Junior price valid from 9-18 years.

The Freeride Ciampinoi mountain bike trail is just what you’re looking for when you want the thrills and spills of cycling. The route has received a facelift and offers a good 568 m elevation gain over 3 km: talk about adrenaline rush!

Start the tour at the Ciampinoi chairlift mountain station, which you can reach via a dirt road from the Selva Val Gardena-Ciampinoi cable car mountain station, and continue to the Pra Valentini hut. You can purchase tickets at the Tourism Office in Selva Val Gardena and at the cable car station.

Bikepark & Flowtrails Dantercepies

Two flow trails which will warm the cockles of every biker’s heart. Both trails offer 1.6 km easy lines, an absolute flow treat for adults and kids. Thanks to the circular cable car of the Dantercepies and the Cir chairlift, both trails can be easily reached and repeated as many times as you wish! This trail features a perfect training ground for beginners and becomes the perfect flow trail for experienced bikers.

An easy trail for the whole family: enjoy the ride from 3,600 m on the cutting-edge Piz Seteur circular cable car to Plan de Gralba.
