During the presentation of the Michelin Guide Italy 2026, the three stars in Val Gardena were once again confirmed, awarded to:
- the Alpenroyal Grand Hotel in Selva di Val Gardena with its Michelin-starred chef Mario Porcelli, who also received the “Passion Dessert” title for his high-quality desserts,
- Anna Stuben at the Gardena Grödnerhof Hotel in Ortisei with Michelin-starred chef Reimund Brunner, as well as
- the fine-dining restaurant Suinsom at the Hotel Tyrol in Selva di Val Gardena with Michelin-starred chef Alessandro Martellini.
All three chefs interpret and combine the two cultures of Alpine and Mediterranean cuisine, creating a refined and exceptional culinary experience.
